LUNCHBOX HELP CENTER
As Director of Training and Development at Lunchbox Technologies, I overhauled the Internal Team & External Customer Knowledge Bases, creating SOP articles utilizing video and other visual content for all audiences to better understand and utilize the products offered. I also saw the transfer of that Knowledge from Zendesk to Intercom (externally) and Confluence to ClickUp (internally) ensuring a smooth transfer of data and information. At my time at Lunchbox, I also implemented and facilitated New Employee Onboarding and a Learning Management System for blended learning and updates to important information and product releases.
STICKY'S FINGER JOINT LMS + JOB AIDS
As Director of Training at Sticky's Finger Joint restaurants, I overhauled their leadership and employee training and onboarding programs; implementing a new Learning Management Program and implementing a blend of digital and hands on training to meet the needs of the this fast casual brand. I also managed all aspects of their customer satisfaction for in-store and digital ordering.
ROSA MEXICANO LMS + JOB AIDS
As Director of Training at Rosa Mexicano restaurants, I updated and overhauled their leadership and employee training and onboarding programs; implementing a new Learning Management Program and implementing a blend of digital and hands on training to meet the needs of this classic NYC brand. I also implemented and launch their digital native and catering ordering strategies, creating additional revenue the brand had not yet realized.
BAREBURGER OPERATIONS + TECHNOLOGY
Starting out as a Busboy and working my way up to Director of Operations and Training, I ran all leadership and employee training; curating and facilitating manuals and job aids to ensure all staff was equipped to provide an elevated expectation of hospitality for the brand. I opened 30 of 48 new locations, preparing franchisees and staff to provide the Bareburger experience to the market they were serving. I worked directly with the technology and culinary teams to implement menu changes in the POS, Digital Marketplaces and Inventory Management Solutions to ensure a positive bottom line.
