Hey There!

My name is Tommy, and I'm so glad you've come to visit my site! What I offer here, is not only my experience and expertise in the services that I provide, but my true, authentic self as someone who will be candid, honest and work as hard as possible to align and achieve the goals of my partners and what they offer.

My career in Restaurant and Food Tech started because I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life at 21 years old, so I decided to move to New York City and figure out a way to make money. I had done some catering here and there and somebody told me that you could make decent money bussing tables and running food. So I got on Craigslist (remember that?!) and applied to everything I could find, showed up at every Open Call and eventually got my foot in the door. I knew I had to set myself a part, and I wanted to work with somebody that fit my personality, so this was the email that I finally got a response from Bareburger and (later) the Standard Hotel that started my journey:

After getting my opportunity with Bareburger, I continued to capitalize on the next thing that presented itself: Server, then Assistant Manager, then General Manager, then Operations Manager, then Corporate Trainer and New Location Launch Manager to finally Director of Training & District Management. The 9 years I spent learning and growing with Bareburger allowed me to finish my degree and eventually continue my career in restaurant Training with Rosa Mexicano and Sticky's Finger Joint. My time spent at these brands also prepared me for the transition to SAAS and Online Ordering with Checkmate and Lunchbox Technologies.

Through it all, 1 thing has remained consistent; Hospitality matters.

I get motivated people to work hard because I prepare, lead and guide them to continue improving their performance in a rewarding, appreciative atmosphere. I get the best out of them in pressure situations because I am right there with them, getting my hands dirty and showing them how to maintain composure while solving complex problems and enduring conflict.

I have taken these principles with me to the SaaS technology industry providing leadership, innovation and above all; hospitality, in a digital space where authentic human interactions elevate the customer experience.
